Market analysis
Competitors generally target all females. Add to that that their design is mostly very generic and concrete. We need to target Algerian mothers, make it simple for them to find what they need, but still show some arrogance so we make them feel that their girl will wear a unique, rare dress.
Problem
We need to target all audiences without losing the main element, "female mothers". Also, we need to make the order operation simple and straightforward so they don't hesitate or rethink. The client also mentioned that they only use pay on delivery, so we must take this into account.

How much does it cost?
